My husband and I want to extend our deepest gratitude for the compassionate and professional care you provided during the passing of my mother-in-law, Conchita Valencia Pedro. Having been away from the country for over 30 years, we felt lost and out of touch. But Mont Eden gently guided us through every step — from the hospital, through the necessary arrangements, and all the way to the crematory. Mont Eden truly is a 24-hour, one-stop funeral service.
We will forever be grateful to Mont Eden Memorial for the love, dignity, and care they gave our son, Kai. I called around 5:00 AM, and from that very moment, we felt compassion and calm. From picking up Kai, preparing him, placing him in a casket, to the formal procession laying him to rest — everything was done with such respect. The surprise portrait of Kai and his footprints meant more to us than words can express. We felt valued, supported, and at peace.
